2019 Resolutions
This is more for myself to keep track of than to get notes. I’m gonna reblog and update this each time I make progress.
1.) Journal
2.) 200 squats everyday for the entire month of January
3.) Drink HELLA water
4.) Incorporate yoga into daily routine
5.) Save $20 every month “you can travel anywhere you want to in the world if you save $20 a month. $20 a month can take you anywhere.” -old man who I think I’m related to idk
6.) Eat healthier (full on vegetarian diet)
7.) walk a mile four times a week
8.) make bed every morning
9.) be nicer
10.) study harder
